Safety Manager

Job Summary

Safety Manager, provides senior leadership and strategic direction for Environment, Safety, Health, and Risk across ES Operations in a full-time remote role, focusing on risk-based safety performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a risk-based safety strategy to prevent serious incidents
• Oversee the Environment, Safety, Health, and Risk Program (ESHARP) across all locations
• Drive leadership engagement and accountability for safety outcomes within the organization

Required Qualifications

• US Citizen
• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive safety leadership experience in high-risk industries
• Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and driving safety culture change
• Strong understanding of risk management and safety management systems
