Safety Manager - Texas Licensed

Job Summary

To ensure safety excellence across operations, the full-time Operations and Maintenance Safety Manager - Texas Licensed will develop, implement, and oversee safety programs and compliance activities for solar PV and energy storage operations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead Job Hazard Assessments (JHAs) and conduct safety audits for solar PV and BESS sites
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for field teams and maintain compliance records
• Author and refine Safety SOPs and Emergency Response Plans tailored to operational needs

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of safety management experience, with at least 3 years in solar PV or renewable energy
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, EHS, Safety Engineering, or a related field
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction or General Industry certification
• Experience conducting JHAs and developing safety training programs
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms for safety and maintenance workflow management
