Safety Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Office of Safety & Risk Management, the full-time remote Safety Operations Program Specialist will manage operational infrastructure, compliance tracking, and program coordination for safety initiatives across the Western US safety teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide enterprise-level safety operations support and coordinate priorities across regional safety teams
• Maintain compliance schedules, action-item registers, and safety documentation for various initiatives and audits
• Collect and analyze safety performance data, preparing reports and dashboards for leadership review

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, environmental health and safety, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of experience in safety operations, program management, or related roles
• Strong understanding of safety documentation, training records, and compliance-related recordkeeping
• Experience using safety management systems or compliance tracking tools
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
