Safety Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Office of Safety & Risk Management, the full-time remote Safety Operations Program Specialist will manage operational infrastructure, compliance tracking, and program coordination for safety initiatives across Eastern U.S. safety teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide enterprise-level safety operations support and coordinate priorities across eastern region safety teams
• Maintain compliance schedules, action-item registers, and trackers for safety initiatives and program deliverables
• Collect and analyze safety performance data to prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership review

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, environmental health and safety, business administration, construction management, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of experience in safety operations, environmental health and safety, or related operational roles
• Strong understanding of safety documentation, training records, and compliance-related recordkeeping
• Experience using or administering safety management systems or EHS software
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
