Key Responsibilities:

Solving complex issues related to policies governing global communities
Researching and drafting data-driven policies focused on safety
Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to guide policy operationalization efforts

Required Qualifications:

12+ years experience in Operations, Policy, Legal, or Trust and Safety roles
Track record of strong leadership
Fluency in data analysis and leading data-driven decision-making
Experience working closely with operations teams, preferably in Trust and Safety
Experience with SQL and other research skills using data sets
