Safety Research Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Safety Research.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the product bridge between safety research teams and the North product, translating research findings into safety features
• Own the safety product roadmap, prioritizing features based on research findings and customer requirements
• Monitor the AI safety research landscape and build processes for scaling safety review as the product evolves

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or research operations experience in a technology or AI company
• Technical depth to engage with safety researchers and understand model evaluations
• Genuine interest in AI safety and model behavior in enterprise contexts
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and make informed judgments about safety actions
• Experience working across research, engineering, and product teams to maintain alignment
