Safety Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Safety Researcher - Severity and Safety Impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct safety research projects on safety impact and severity estimation
• Publish and present peer-reviewed safety research in leading journals and conferences
• Support and lead internal safety assessments related to the safety framework and scenario-based testing

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in vehicle safety, safety impact assessment, or related fields
• Proven scientific writing experience with a history of peer-reviewed publications
• Quantitative analysis skills, including statistical modeling and data analytics
• Ability to work with cross-functional engineering teams
• An advanced research degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) is preferred
