Job Summary

A company is looking for a Safety Specialist II to join their Content Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and interpret policies related to Hateful Activities and Graphic Violence
• Oversee content moderation processes and ensure adherence to relevant policies
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and resolve escalations in operational procedures

Required Qualifications

• College degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in the tech industry, particularly in enforcement or spam-related roles
• Experience working with outsourcing teams and in operational support
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to present data-driven solutions to stakeholders
