Safety Specialist, Escalation Operations

Job Summary

To support the Trust & Safety Enforcement Operations, the full-time Sr. Safety Specialist, Escalation Operations will manage high-priority escalations, develop and maintain policies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational processes, working remotely with occasional in-person meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of policies and procedures prioritizing user and platform safety
• Own resolution of high-priority escalations through investigation, action, and cross-functional collaboration
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement best practices and conduct risk assessments

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in escalation and/or incident management
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in sensitive content review and/or community operations
• Exceptional communication skills across all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to embrace ambiguity and leverage data-driven decision frameworks
