Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trust and Advisory Contractor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of reactive tickets related to user reviews and sensitive content
  • Review and improve workflows for sign-up abuse tooling and report handling
  • Interface with partners and customers to resolve issues while maintaining professionalism
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in user or content review within a Trust & Safety team or equivalent
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive matters with discretion
  • Experience working asynchronously in a fully remote environment
  • Availability to work within an on-call rota
  • Experience with Salesforce, Notion, Twilio, and/or Sift is a bonus
