Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of reactive tickets related to user reviews and sensitive content
- Review and improve workflows for sign-up abuse tooling and report handling
- Interface with partners and customers to resolve issues while maintaining professionalism
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in user or content review within a Trust & Safety team or equivalent
- Ability to handle highly sensitive matters with discretion
- Experience working asynchronously in a fully remote environment
- Availability to work within an on-call rota
- Experience with Salesforce, Notion, Twilio, and/or Sift is a bonus
