Job Summary

Leading a mature ERP consulting practice, the full-time remote Sage 100 Consulting Manager will oversee client delivery operations, drive client satisfaction, and support strategic growth initiatives while managing consulting and support teams across North America.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage consulting, implementation, and support teams within the ERP practice environment
• Oversee day-to-day client delivery operations including implementations, upgrades, and training
• Drive client satisfaction and retention while identifying operational efficiencies and optimizing team performance

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of ERP consulting, implementation, or practice leadership experience
• Deep experience within Sage ERP environments, particularly Sage 100
• Experience managing consulting or client delivery teams of 10+ individuals
• Strong understanding of ERP implementations, upgrades, and client success models
• Proven ability to lead teams through operational change and optimization initiatives
