Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor for Sage 100 ERP Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee helpdesk activities and expedite ticket resolution
  • Respond to client inquiries and guide users through diagnostic procedures
  • Develop and manage a support knowledge database and customer support sections of the company website

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service capacity
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience supervising support staff
  • Hands-on technical expertise with Sage 100 ERP
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
