Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor for Sage 100 ERP Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee helpdesk activities and expedite ticket resolution
- Respond to client inquiries and guide users through diagnostic procedures
- Develop and manage a support knowledge database and customer support sections of the company website
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service capacity
- Minimum of 1 year of experience supervising support staff
- Hands-on technical expertise with Sage 100 ERP
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
