Job Summary

Leading a team of service professionals, the full-time remote Sage Enterprise Team Manager will oversee client engagements, ensuring high-quality service delivery, client satisfaction, and revenue growth while managing team performance and development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of consultants, ensuring effective performance management and professional growth
• Maintain client relationships and ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations, fostering customer satisfaction
• Oversee project execution and budget management, ensuring timely delivery of quality work products and solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, quality assurance, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
• Over five years of experience in delivering complex technical solutions with strong project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience in team management, scheduling, and budget oversight
• Understanding of consulting as a business and ability to translate customer requirements into effective solutions
