Sage Intacct Functional Consultant

Job Summary

Providing post-production support and optimization for US-based clients, the full-time remote Sage Intacct Functional Consultant will resolve issues, process enhancement requests, and collaborate with consulting teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day functional support for Sage Intacct, troubleshooting issues across core modules and optimizing system configurations
• Collaborate with US-based teams to ensure timely resolution of support tickets and participate in client meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Assist with data analysis and documentation while identifying patterns in support requests to recommend process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience supporting or implementing Sage Intacct
• Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist certification strongly preferred
• Strong command of core Sage Intacct modules, including General Ledger, AP/AR, and Revenue Recognition
• Availability for partial overlap with US Eastern or Central time zones
