Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sage Intacct Customer Support Senior Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, assign, and take ownership of customer support tickets, responding promptly to customers
- Determine actions for case tickets, test solutions, and escalate unresolved issues as necessary
- Support team development and maintain communication throughout the issue resolution process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, MIS, or equivalent experience
- Three (3)+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably with ERP systems or software technical support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
