Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sage Intacct Customer Support Senior Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, assign, and take ownership of customer support tickets, responding promptly to customers
  • Determine actions for case tickets, test solutions, and escalate unresolved issues as necessary
  • Support team development and maintain communication throughout the issue resolution process
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, MIS, or equivalent experience
  • Three (3)+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably with ERP systems or software technical support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
