Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sage Intacct Customer Support Senior Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, assign, and manage customer support tickets, providing timely responses
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, testing solutions in demonstration environments
  • Escalate unresolved issues to management or external support as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, MIS, or equivalent experience
  • Three or more years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably with ERP systems or technical support
  • Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
