Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sage Intacct Customer Support Senior Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, assign, and manage customer support tickets, providing timely responses
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, testing solutions in demonstration environments
- Escalate unresolved issues to management or external support as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, MIS, or equivalent experience
- Three or more years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably with ERP systems or technical support
- Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
