Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sage Intacct Customer Support Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, assign, and manage customer support tickets, ensuring prompt responses
  • Test solutions in demonstration environments and communicate potential resolutions to customers
  • Escalate unresolved issues to internal management or Sage Intacct's support team
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, MIS, or equivalent experience
  • One (1)+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably with ERP systems or software support
  • Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
