Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sage Intacct Customer Support Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, assign, and manage customer support tickets, ensuring prompt responses
- Test solutions in demonstration environments and communicate potential resolutions to customers
- Escalate unresolved issues to internal management or Sage Intacct's support team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, MIS, or equivalent experience
- One (1)+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably with ERP systems or software support
- Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
