Sage X3 Technical Consultant

Job Summary

To support project teams and clients with all technical requirements of operating Sage X3, the remote Sage X3 Technical Consultant will analyze architecture, install systems, personalize software, manage user roles, and optimize performance while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of client technical requirements, preparing documentation to validate findings
• Troubleshoot complex multi-server environments and recommend improvements for system performance and security
• Document technical requirements and maintain relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience
• Experience with Sage X3 technical implementation or similar ERP solutions
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server basics and ability to write basic SQL queries
• Proven consultative background with a record of delivering solutions on time and within budget
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues in a collaborative environment
