SailPoint Engineer

Job Summary

To support identity governance and administration efforts, the contract SailPoint Engineer will lead the onboarding of SOX-relevant systems and integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems while working onsite the first week in Atlanta, GA, and remotely thereafter.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of SOX applications, databases, and infrastructure systems into SailPoint IdentityIQ/ISC
• Design, configure, and maintain identity governance workflows, including access requests and certifications
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure SOX audit readiness and alignment with IAM controls

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with hands-on SailPoint (IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud)
• Proven experience onboarding applications, databases, and infrastructure in SOX-controlled environments
• Experience working with Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) in enterprise security architectures
• Strong knowledge of access controls, identity governance frameworks, and audit/compliance (SOX)
• Familiarity with scripting (Java, Beanshell, PowerShell) and system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
