SailPoint IGA Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote SailPoint IGA Engineer, the successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, responsible for architecting and managing SailPoint Identity Security Cloud environments, driving platform maturity, and leading complex integrations across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own architecture decisions and optimize ISC configurations, including entitlement management and access provisioning workflows
• Develop and maintain connectors for enterprise systems such as SAP and Salesforce, ensuring seamless integration with SailPoint ISC
• Design and manage access certification campaigns and compliance activities related to IAM policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline; equivalent practical experience considered
• 5-7 years of experience in Identity Governance & Administration, with at least 3 years focused on SailPoint ISC
• Demonstrable SME-level experience in SailPoint ISC platform, including transforms, provisioning, and role management
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end IGA implementations in complex multi-source environments
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC REST API and connector development using the Connector SDK
