SailPoint ISC Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting the identity governance platform, the full-time SailPoint ISC Engineer will manage and resolve Jira tickets, troubleshoot issues within the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, and assist with platform enhancements while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve SailPoint-related Jira tickets and support requests
- Troubleshoot and remediate issues within the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud platform
- Support SailPoint ISC implementations, upgrades, and ongoing enhancements
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
- Strong troubleshooting and platform support experience
- Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and identity management workflows
- Familiarity with Jira and incident/request management processes
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance Administration (IGA) concepts
