SailPoint Product Lead

Job Summary

Leading the vision and delivery of enterprise identity governance capabilities, the full-time remote SailPoint Product Lead will manage the SailPoint IdentityIQ roadmap, translate business needs into product requirements, and drive stakeholder alignment within the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the SailPoint IdentityIQ roadmap and requirements backlog to deliver secure and user-centric identity solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate business needs into actionable product requirements
• Drive product strategy and feature prioritization while shaping the long-term identity governance strategy

Required qualifications

• Minimum of eleven years related work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with eight years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with six years of relevant experience
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and identity governance
• Strong product ownership skills, including requirements gathering and product specifications development
• Proven ability to integrate IdentityIQ with target systems and manage stakeholder communications
• Knowledge of access governance, compliance, SSO, MFA, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID
