Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Salary and Compensation Specialist will maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS, focusing on ADP system expertise, while processing employee lifecycle transactions and generating HR reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, terminations, and compensation changes in ADP
  • Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards
  • Prepare and distribute recurring and ad hoc HR reports and data extracts
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of HRIS experience
  • Hands-on experience with ADP (Workforce Now or similar) in prior HR roles
  • Strong understanding of HR data and employee lifecycle processes
  • Proficiency in HR reporting and data validation, including Excel
  • Experience supporting system implementations or upgrades
