Job Summary
Joining the Sales Operations team, the full-time Sales Acceleration Analyst will provide critical administrative and operational support to the sales team, enhance business processes, and ensure an exceptional client experience while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to incoming leads and inquiries to maintain active deal momentum
- Submit and manage internal intake forms to onboard new business opportunities smoothly
- Conduct research on potential prospects and upcoming Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
Required qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a business analyst role
- Strong knowledge of public sector sales cycles, particularly within the State, Local, and Education (SLED) markets
- Proven ability in operational coordination and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with Account Executives and technical Subject Matter Experts
- Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
