Key Responsibilities
  • Lead global strategy for developing and onboarding revenue leaders across various roles
  • Develop a comprehensive Revenue Leader Pathway, including leadership training focused on key competencies
  • Design and execute immersive onboarding experiences that align new leaders with the company's culture and values
Required Qualifications
  • Extensive experience (6+) in sales leadership with a track record of coaching high-performing teams
  • Solid experience (3+) in enablement or sales-related roles with people management experience
  • Established experience (4+) in talent management, including onboarding or leader enablement programs
  • Ability to design and deliver impactful training for sales leaders, including playbooks
  • Robust experience in value selling methodologies and sales process understanding
