Sales Account Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Account Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to former customers to renew subscriptions and reach out to new prospects for sales
• Manage assigned campaigns, including CPEdge and LegalEdge, and work on account research projects
• Secure renewals, upsell new solutions, and maintain accurate customer account information in Salesforce

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1+ years of successful professional sales experience preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of PCs, Windows, Microsoft Office, Networks, and the Internet
• Ability to learn new products and services quickly
• Outgoing and positive attitude
