Job Summary

Managing a dedicated portfolio of high-value existing Business and Corporate customers, the full-time Tele Account Development Manager will focus on client relationship management, consultative selling, and compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Effectively manage and expand a portfolio of high-potential clients through proactive outreach and relationship building
  • Utilize consultative skills to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions that enhance customer engagement and growth
  • Ensure adherence to compliance standards and American Express policies in all customer interactions
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of excellent sales experience in a highly-regulated industry
  • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and effectively influence decision-makers
  • Demonstrated knowledge of market trends, competitors, and American Express products
  • Personal accountability and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset
