Job Summary
Managing a dedicated portfolio of high-value existing Business and Corporate customers, the full-time Tele Account Development Manager will focus on client relationship management, consultative selling, and compliance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Effectively manage and expand a portfolio of high-potential clients through proactive outreach and relationship building
- Utilize consultative skills to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions that enhance customer engagement and growth
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards and American Express policies in all customer interactions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of excellent sales experience in a highly-regulated industry
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and effectively influence decision-makers
- Demonstrated knowledge of market trends, competitors, and American Express products
- Personal accountability and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset
