Sales Account Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Account Executive to build and nurture relationships with prospects, clients, and partners while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals for new and add-on sales
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and conduct solution demonstrations
• Manage client relationships and resolve concerns and issues

Required Qualifications

• College Degree or equivalent work experience is required
• Documented experience of strong over-performance in quota bearing roles
• Solid understanding of the HCM/Payroll industry and solutions (preferred)
• Knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPICED, Winning by Design, or MEDDIC
• A self-starter mentality with the drive to work independently
