Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls or email requests from prospective clients
• Prospect new leads and schedule product demonstrations
• Maintain client information and collaborate with teams to drive subscription adoption

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing role with direct client interaction
• Proven prospecting and cold/warm calling experience
• Preferred experience in the franchise industry or with associations
• Preferred knowledge of recruiting
• Preferred sales experience in a software company
