Job Summary
To support a growing sales initiative, the full-time remote Sales Account Executive will engage contractors through outbound calls, manage the full sales cycle, and cultivate a robust pipeline in Salesforce.com.
Key responsibilities
- Catalyze growth by making 100-125 outbound calls daily to engage potential clients
- Own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, including conducting product demos and negotiations
- Maintain and curate a sales pipeline in Salesforce.com to exceed revenue targets
Required qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Experience in sales, whether in retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools
- Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and meet sales targets
- Demonstrated resilience and teamwork, ideally with a background in competitive sports or similar disciplines
