Job Summary

Driving revenue growth through customer expansion, the full-time remote Customer Growth Sales Account Executive will manage a portfolio of existing SMB clients, identifying upsell opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product adoption.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage the full sales cycle for customer expansion, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing
  • Conduct deep discovery to uncover customer needs and position Toast's expanded product offerings effectively
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales revenue and unit booking targets while maintaining organized sales pipeline records
Required qualifications:
  • 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role with a proven track record of meeting sales goals
  • Experience in a high-velocity B2B SaaS sales environment
  • Strong full-cycle sales skills, including consultative selling and persuasive negotiation techniques
  • Self-motivated and competitive mindset with a focus on ownership of results
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic sales environment and adapt to changing circumstances
