Job Summary
Driving revenue growth through customer expansion, the full-time remote Customer Growth Sales Account Executive will manage a portfolio of existing SMB clients, identifying upsell opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product adoption.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle for customer expansion, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing
- Conduct deep discovery to uncover customer needs and position Toast's expanded product offerings effectively
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales revenue and unit booking targets while maintaining organized sales pipeline records
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role with a proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Experience in a high-velocity B2B SaaS sales environment
- Strong full-cycle sales skills, including consultative selling and persuasive negotiation techniques
- Self-motivated and competitive mindset with a focus on ownership of results
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic sales environment and adapt to changing circumstances
