Job Summary

Driving revenue growth through customer expansion, the full-time remote Customer Growth Sales Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for existing SMB clients, identifying upsell opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product adoption.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage the full sales cycle for customer expansion, identifying and closing upsell opportunities within assigned territory
  • Conduct deep discovery to uncover customer pain points and position Toast's expanded product offerings effectively
  • Achieve quota attainment by consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales revenue and unit booking targets
Required qualifications:
  • 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role, with a proven track record of meeting sales performance goals
  • Experience in a high-velocity B2B SaaS sales environment
  • Strong full-cycle sales skills, including deep discovery and effective closing techniques
  • Consultative approach with the ability to challenge prospects' perspectives
  • Highly self-motivated and resilient with a growth and ownership mindset
