Job Summary
Driven and experienced, the remote Sales Account Executive will focus on expanding the client portfolio through consultative business development, generating new business, and building lasting partnerships while supported by a dedicated recruiting team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social selling
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client hiring needs and uncover new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to manage the full placement process and provide consultative guidance to clients
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- 2+ years of business development or account management experience within the staffing and recruiting industry preferred
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales and activity goals
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a dynamic environment
