Job Summary
Driving the adoption and growth of ThinkPayments, the full-time salaried Sales Account Executive will educate prospective and existing customers on integrated payment processing, manage the sales cycle from discovery to close, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experiences in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Drive new sales and increase adoption of ThinkPayments among prospective and existing customers
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer payment workflows and operational challenges
- Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification through contract execution and onboarding handoff
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or hospitality technology
- Experience with payment processors is essential for this role
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience managing opportunities within a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and accountability
