Job Summary

Managing daily sales activities and long-term growth opportunities, the full-time Sales Account Manager will drive revenue and profitability for Eaton's Mobility Group while working in a hybrid environment based near Southfield, MI.

Key responsibilities:
  • Oversee sales activities and manage customer relationships to achieve growth targets
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies based on market analysis and competitive positioning
  • Identify new business opportunities and advance sales through various stages of the funnel
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 4 years of sales or program management experience with automotive OEMs or Tier I suppliers
  • Must reside within a 50-mile radius of Southfield, MI
  • Ability to plan and manage execution of business plans
  • Experience in technical sales or program management for highly engineered products
