Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new leads and clients to achieve production goals

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• One year of experience in commercial or small business financing or related sales
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
