Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Account Manager responsible for managing and growing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage post-sale customer relationships for a defined portfolio, focusing on revenue expansion and retention
- Build and maintain CxO-level relationships, positioning the company as a strategic partner
- Lead solution-based conversations to identify new use cases and strategic priorities for account expansion
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or strategic account management
- Direct experience in supply chain planning or related enterprise software categories
- Proven ability to build CxO and VP-level relationships
- Experience with commercial negotiations and managing upsell opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline; equivalent experience considered
