Job Summary
To support a Fintech client, the part-time contract Sales Account Manager will manage the renewal process, proactively engage customers, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the renewal process from early outreach through contract close
- Proactively engage customers throughout the renewal lifecycle to ensure timely renewals
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer needs and leading commercial discussions
Required qualifications
- Experience in account management, renewals, customer success, retention, or sales
- Strong customer communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort with negotiation and handling objections
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
- Willingness to undergo approximately 4 weeks of training
