Job Summary

To support a Fintech client, the part-time contract Sales Account Manager will manage the renewal process, proactively engage customers, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the renewal process from early outreach through contract close
  • Proactively engage customers throughout the renewal lifecycle to ensure timely renewals
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer needs and leading commercial discussions
Required qualifications
  • Experience in account management, renewals, customer success, retention, or sales
  • Strong customer communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfort with negotiation and handling objections
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
  • Willingness to undergo approximately 4 weeks of training
