Job Summary
To drive revenue growth within a defined territory, the full-time Sales Account Manager will engage in consultative prospecting, manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, and collaborate strategically with Solution Consultant SMEs, working in a hybrid environment based in Chicago, Dallas-Fort Worth, or Lincoln.
Key responsibilities
- Own territory success by meeting and exceeding sales goals through a proven Solution Selling framework
- Engage in high-impact outbound calling to uncover business objectives and tailor products to meet client needs
- Manage territory planning and provide accurate sales forecasts while maintaining a meticulous CRM
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving new business or territory growth targets
- Experience in consulting prospects on business objectives and challenges
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
