Job Summary
Managing the complete sales cycle, the full-time Sales Account Manager will educate customers, generate opportunities, and close accounts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and generate sales opportunities, schedule demonstrations, and close accounts
- Document interactions and manage the sales pipeline according to company policies
- Maintain knowledge of product features and engage with potential customers through cold calls and follow-ups
Required qualifications
- 0-1 years of sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Intercom, Drift, and G Suite
- Knowledge of the legal industry is advantageous
- Experience working with small and medium businesses and technology
- Ability to handle escalated customer issues and work collaboratively across teams
