Job Summary
Supporting sales leadership in a remote capacity, the full-time Sales Strategic Accounts Coordinator will manage the sales cycle, coordinate meetings, and ensure effective communication across departments while maintaining accurate records and reporting on sales activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the sales cycle by scheduling and tracking all required steps and events
- Coordinate internal and external meetings related to the sales process
- Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in a sales or business development environment
- Familiarity with sales processes and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
