Job Summary

Motivated to drive sales, the full-time Sales Activation Account Manager will engage with qualified Business Line of Credit customers, guiding them through the lending process and building strong relationships while adhering to compliance standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound sales calls to manage a book of business and drive loan originations
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and daily KPIs in a fast-paced environment
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced telephone sales environment
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and ethical sales practices
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with business owners
  • Familiarity with business credit, lending, or banking products is preferred
