Job Summary
Supporting the outbound sales outreach strategy, the full-time remote Sales Activation Associate will develop audience-specific messaging, enablement materials, and activation strategies to enhance prospect engagement and improve conversion metrics.
Key responsibilities:
- Draft SDR outreach content, including emails and call scripts, tailored to new logo activations
- Conduct A/B testing on messaging and outreach strategies to optimize performance and conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on messaging and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales Enablement, or related B2B roles
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a similar field
- Strong writing and messaging development skills tailored to various buyer personas
- Analytical experience with A/B testing and performance data evaluation
- Familiarity with outbound sales motions and SDR workflows
