Job Summary
As a key member of the Online Experience and Intelligence team, the full-time remote Sales Activation Insights Leader will support the design and execution of sales acceleration programs to improve efficiency, enhance seller capacity, and drive commercial performance across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, build, and execution of sales acceleration programs that improve seller efficiency and increase sales capacity
- Identify and analyze workflow bottlenecks across sales and adjacent commercial processes using lean problem-solving and continuous improvement methods
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to map current-state processes, define future-state workflows, and implement scalable improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or process improvement
- Demonstrated ability to analyze processes and support improvement initiatives
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across functions
- Interest in automation, AI, workflow design, and continuous improvement
