Job Summary
Supporting sales infrastructure and operational processes in a remote capacity, the full-time Manager, Commercial Activation - Sales will manage account setups, market research, and sales systems to drive commercial success across Hyatt's global regions.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with internal teams to support commercial initiatives and operational execution
- Complete and maintain market research workbooks for account targeting and strategic planning
- Utilize sales platforms to create and maintain accurate account profiles and reporting tools
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of hotel sales experience in a centralized or multi-property environment
- Proficient in Hyatt's Envision, CSM, and Cvent Transient platforms or equivalent CRM/RFP tools
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
