Job Summary

Supporting sales infrastructure and operational processes, the full-time remote Manager, Commercial Activation - Sales will collaborate with commercial teams to manage account profiles, conduct market research, and ensure the accuracy of sales systems for the Asia Pacific Pipeline Hotels.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage sales account profiles and maintain accurate sales databases to support commercial initiatives
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target accounts and business opportunities
  • Support the execution of transient and group sales efforts, including RFP submissions and sales platform administration
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in a centralized or multi-property environment
  • Proficient in Hyatt's Envision, CSM, and Cvent Transient platforms or equivalent CRM/RFP tools
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
