Job Summary
Providing administrative and sales support, the full-time Sales Administration Coordinator will prepare proposals, create cost sheets, and schedule annual customer reviews while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain proposal templates and content databases in coordination with sales personnel
- Create cost sheets by gathering necessary equipment specifications and service information
- Schedule annual customer reviews and maintain customer contact databases for sales teams
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required
- 2 years or more of relevant experience preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of vehicle specifications and proposal preparation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Ryder software and systems preferred
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
