Job Summary

Providing administrative and sales support, the full-time Sales Administration Coordinator will prepare proposals, create cost sheets, and schedule annual customer reviews while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain proposal templates and content databases in coordination with sales personnel
  • Create cost sheets by gathering necessary equipment specifications and service information
  • Schedule annual customer reviews and maintain customer contact databases for sales teams
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • 2 years or more of relevant experience preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of vehicle specifications and proposal preparation preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Ryder software and systems preferred
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
