Job Summary
Providing comprehensive operational support to Sales Executives, the full-time Remote Sales Administration Specialist will manage bid documentation, customer registrations, and deliver professional customer service across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain legal, tax, and technical documentation for bids and tenders, ensuring compliance and timely submissions
- Create and update company registrations in procurement portals while managing internal documentation systems
- Deliver inbound and outbound commercial support, responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales administration, sales support, or commercial operations
- Strong understanding of document management for bids, tenders, and procurement processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with corporate procurement platforms and bidding portals
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
