Job Summary

A company is looking for a Core Sales Administrative Assistant who provides critical support to the Core Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate corrections for issues related to the Integrator Program and manage complex meeting schedules
  • Assist with administrative tasks in HubSpot and project set-up in Asana, including preparing documentation and sales reports
  • Streamline administrative processes and facilitate communication between Core Account Representatives and other departments
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a general administrative role, preferably in sales
  • Experience using a CRM platform, with HubSpot preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Word/Excel and email platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
