Job Summary
Supporting the Sales Director and Executive Assistant, the full-time remote Sales Administrative Assistant will manage calendars, schedule appointments, and maintain CRM systems while ensuring a steady flow of prospects and tracking administrative details.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the Sales Director's calendar and schedule various appointments and meetings
- Research and pursue potential clients for business development while maintaining CRM programs
- Monitor and track ongoing projects and follow up on service issues as needed
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
