Supporting the Sales Director and Executive Assistant, the full-time remote Sales Administrative Assistant will manage calendars, schedule appointments, and maintain CRM systems while ensuring a steady flow of prospects and tracking administrative details.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain the Sales Director's calendar and schedule various appointments and meetings
  • Research and pursue potential clients for business development while maintaining CRM programs
  • Monitor and track ongoing projects and follow up on service issues as needed
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
